Delicious Hot and Sour Instant Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- 7oz (200ml) cold water
- 21oz (600ml) boiling water
- (Optional) Mushroom
- (Optional) Tofu
Directions:
- In a bowl, dissolve contents of the packet with 7 oz cold water. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, boil 21 oz water over medium heat. Pour dissolved soup mix into boiling water while stirring constantly.
- (Optional) Add egg and tofu.
- Add 1 fresh egg and stir gently with a fork until egg is well dispersed. Let soup simmer for 1 minute or until egg is completely cooked.
