Shipping & Delivery Information
Please allow up to 3 - 10 business days for your order to arrive after your order has been processed. Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. If more than 10 days have passed and your package is not in transit, please email us at info@easytoprep.com to review the status of your order. 

We process and ship out orders during our regularly scheduled business days (Monday through Fridays, holiday time may vary). Orders typically get processed between 1 to 2 business days. (Periods of high volume may affect shipping and processing time.)

If your product can not be delivered due to a back order or cancellation we will send out an email to the email address provided upon purchase. Easy to Prep is not responsible for any of the following: delivery delays caused by weather, incorrect billing information, and complications caused by the carrier. 

Easy to Prep does not currently ship outside of the United States of America. If you run into any complications please contact us right away.
