1. Mix contents with 4 cups (32 oz) of water into a saucepan.

2. Cook and stir occasionally until boiled.

3. Remove from heat.

4. Stir 2 cups (16 oz) whole milk and mix well.

5. Pour mixture into glasses or shallow pan and let cool.

6. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.

7. Cut gelatin to desired size and top with fruit cocktail.
