INGREDIENTS: Salt, Tamarind, Soy sauce powder, Yeast extract powder, Partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, Shrimp powder, Citric acid, Monosodium glutamate, Spices, Tomato powder, Sodium inosinate, Sodium guanylate and onion powder, Maltodextrin.
CONTAINS: Shrimp, Soy bean.
Product Directions

1. Mix and dissolve contents with 10 cups of water in a large pot.

2. Bring to boil and add your choice of shrimp or fish, then vegetable

3. Simmer and let cook until ready.
*Important: for pork, beef or poultry sinigang, pour contents of mix when meat is already tender.
